Could be: Mozilla rents server storage on Google Cloud servers (mozgcp.net) and on Amazon AWS servers (mozaws.net) to store data used internally. It's not "Google", it's just rented server capacity.

They are GCP datacenter IPs for clusters that host some of the services from this list:
