Hi,

First of all, congrats to everyone for reaching version 150! It's a lovely browser with super nice utilities.

Now the question: i have about 15 tabs open and task manager shows about 80 (?!) processes open for these 15 tabs. I mean, it's a lot.... But the problem is that in Task manager options i ticked "ask me before applying eff.mode". And Firefox overrides that, it seems. Because now, from about 80 processes running, about half have that green leaf icon. And it's horrible to manually set eff. mode off for those 40 tabs. Daily??

What am i missing, is there a solution? Google (even with AI) is useless. Thank you!

Enter about:config in the address bar and switch dom.ipc.processPriorityManager.backgroundUsesEcoQoS to false, then restart the browser.
