Open-source grammar checking extensions with no link to source

This Brazilian Portuguese dictionary, licensed as MPLv2 and published by user "jhltmnn", contains no contact information and no link to the source code.

The grammar-checking extension "Verificador Ortográfico para Português do Brasil", licensed as GPLv2, has a link that redirects to a SourceForge category listing. It is nowhere to be found there. It has a contact email, and I've sent a message to them asking for the missing information.

The MPLv2 license requires disclosure of the source code, and so does the GPLv2. What can Mozilla do about it?

Sorry, I didn't include a link to the second extension, "Verificador Ortográfico para Português do Brasil".
