Which ESR version are you referring to?

The current Firefox 140 ESR currently at 140.8.0esr supports Windows 10, 11. https://www.firefox.com/firefox/140.8.0/system-requirements/

The EOL Firefox 128.14.0esr supports Windows 10, 11

The old Firefox 115 ESR channel currently at 115.33.0esr is being updated for the EOL Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 OS users in mind and is based on the old Firefox 115 Release.
