How can I add a second outlook email account in Thunderbird?

I have an outlook work email account in Thunderbird. Now I need to add another for a charity role. The first/work one is fine, but I can only receive emails on the second/charity account. I've tried different setting for the outgoing server but I don't really know what I'm doing with that - can you help please? Thank you.
