Gotcha. Have you tried the Reset option there? What is the intended output device? I use a poly sync usb speaker. System info: Laptop, desktop, or DIY? If not DIY, what make and model?

Thanks. Yes I have reset several times. My output device is Realtek Audio as shown. Incidentally, this issue seems to affect only the two apps I listed. YouTube audio works fine. In addition, there is no audio issue with other browsers I use.
