Using Instagram locks up browser on iPadOS

Hi, I’m using a iPad Mini 6 with the latest OS and a up to date version of Firefox. When logging into and trying to use Instagram the browser becomes completely unusable and locks the iPad and sometimes it’s so bad it restarts itself. I was wondering if it’s a known issue and being looked at? It’s been happening for quite a few months now ever since the video autoplay options where implemented.

(PS: all other third party browsers work as intended on my iPad)
