FIreFox Update Deleted Bookmarks
Hi,
I work for the Help Desk for a major company. One of our users just got the recent Firefox udpate - options to create profile or ext. The users click 'exit' and it appears a new profile was created for her and she lost her all bookmarks. I have tried to 'launch previous profile' in the about:profile option but nothing happens. The new window does not launch the previous profile. Is there another solution? Please assist as the user has years and years of bookmarks that she relied on to run her department.

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox? Look inside. Look for the folder with the latest creation date.

Type about:profiles<enter> in the address bar.
How many profiles are listed?
How many should be there?
Also, open the profile folder in your file explorer.
