For 3 days now, I have not been able to view or use anything in my Facebook account. The page would drop the internet because it was too slow. I have tried various things from support and also received 1 from the community. it has not worked so I am going to switch to Microsoft Edge because I did not experience this problem with ME. I have used Firefox for years but the slowness is very annoying. I will try it again in the future. Thank you

Is this with all websites/pages, some, a few?

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Thank you, but I have already done this and the problem still persists . It only happens on FaceBook but I cannot even get to the "report a problem" page and the browser closes. Thank you for responding though. I've actually done this twice today and I have also refreshed the page.

Are you using the normal program or a different one?

Remove History For One Site {web link}

Open the History Manager <Control> (Mac=<Command>) <Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right-click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any site settings including passwords.

I don't know what you mean by the "normal program or a different one". I have cleared everything in my browser . It is 12:47 A.M. . I just tried using FB again to see if it would let me "report a problem. It lets me type the problem but when I hit "submit, it hangs and then I get a message saying, "unable to submit Facebook feedback. As soon as I hit submit, the whole page fades .

I had an old laptop lying around here so I thought that I would see if FB works. It works fine with the wifi as does my iphone. So, I am getting in touch with Dell to see if the problem isn't on it. I'll let you know if I find out anything and I really appreciate your help. Thank you.
