There is security software like Avast/AVG, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate. If you are running any of the above software please their their community forum for a work around to apply settings.

Hi skip.phillips, Firefox wants to make sure you are going to the actual Google site, and not an impostor.
Do either of the first two responses resolve the issue? If not, could you please copy/paste the error page you're seeing. In particular, there's a code in all CAPS that typically starts with SSL_ERROR or SEC_ERROR. To view the code, you sometimes need to click an "Advanced" button. This will help narrow down the issue. Thanks.
