my firefox wont download movies from websites that my brother's firefox does. Why?

When my brother goes to "tube+" website and starts a movie, the download arrow turns blue and he can download the movie. I tried with the same website and movie but the download arrow didnt turn blue. In fact, it never allows downloads from any site.

Excellent answer, not only can I download this site, I can download sites that I just loaded. Great CS work!!!
