Every time I restart firefox 13 beta 3 (and beta 2), my rss feeds "reset," meaning links do not appear as viewed.

I would be willing to use an addon rss feed, or change my history settings (which are automatically set to clear, but this has never affected that before).

-> Make sure that you are using the "Remember History" setting as described in this article -> Settings for privacy, browsing history and do-not-track

-> Start Firefox in -> Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if your add-ons/extensions are causing the problems.

Check and tell if its working.

Okay, well, it is not an extension problem.

Technically, your first idea solved my problem... Except, y'know, now Firefox keeps my history, which I do not want. And I have not changed the settings. The newest beta changed what my settings did.

So, I guess a better question is what do I uncheck under the setting "Clear History when Firefox Closes" so that it keeps ONLY my rss feed info and nothing else.

Try unselecting Remember my browsing history , Remember download history Remember search and form history

I'm seeing the same with the Firefox 13 beta version, so you probably need an extension to preserve the visited status.
In Firefox 13 Live Bookmark items are no longer considered “bookmarks,” to speed up the display of and searches for actual bookmarks.

@Cor-el - Okay, that fixed it somewhat, (and thank you a ton for the information) but now I can't get it to display a list of the items, nor could I find it in settings.

@Mha007 - Afraid not.
