Mozilla se cierra al intentar instalar el certificado PKCS#11 para el uso del DNIe en Mozilla

Hola, Estoy intentando configurar manualmente Mozilla Firefox para hacer uso de los certificados digitales del DNIe 3.0. Cuando intento cargar el nuevo controlador del dispositivo "DNIeRemotePKCS11.dll" que se encuentra en Windows\System32, se cierra automáticamente el navegador y cuando lo reinicio no me aparece como dicho controlador.

He probado a reiniciar el equipo y nada...

Try to set security.osclientcerts.autoload = true on the about:config page instead of loading this security device manually.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.
