It is due to how the site was written. It appears to have been created using Microsoft Office and contains a lot of coding that does not comply with web standards. It contains Microsoft-specific coding that only works in Internet Explorer. The site does not work in Opera or Chrome either.

That site seems to work in Firefox with this add-on:

There may be some features/content that will not work due to what Quarantine indicated, but it will open and some of the links are clickable.
