Looks like the issue has been fixed on the Bing side.

Bing returns the suggestions wrong.

Seems to be coming from their response data:

FYI this also seems broken directly on bing.com using the same device: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1582695 — They seem to have a bug even for their own use.
