My firefox account of course, not email account. Can't login to my firefox. it says it locked. All my browswer settings, addons is saved on that account.

This is the Firefox support product section of the community support forum. Mozilla does not have any form of direct one on one support by phone chat or email except for their subscription based apps (like Mozilla Mozilla VPN, and plus/premium versions of MDN Plus, Firefox Relay, Mozilla Monitor, Pocket) that has direct ticket support here.

Mozilla technically does have a direct ticket support for Mozilla Accounts by way of https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-account/form which is located on the https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-account page.

Note Firefox Accounts has been renamed as Mozilla Accounts since early Nov 2023 to reflect that it is not just used for Firefox Sync anymore. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/access-mozilla-services-firefox-account

I bought a new tablet, tried to sign in, might have forgotten the password though...... seems strange. It was surely one of two. I was then asked to confirm it was me by an email sent to [email removed]@hotmail.com (i.e. I don't think even the password was wrong) but it was a new device, at that time, I didn't have access to the hotmail account for the same password reason. I figured I'd just wait until I got home to use the PC at home to get password.

I did that but ever since get the message: Your account has been locked for security reasons. I want the old account back.
