email get rejected, but looks not like spaming

Some of my e-mail get regested (all of them are with attachement). I had try to scan the attachment and computer cannot find virus inside. Does anyone have any idea where to start to trace the problem ? Thank you very much !

As I read the error message, it is stating that your recipient is over quota to receive mail and that you should advise the recipient of this issue. There is nothing that I see that implies a virus.
