My computer suddenly stop sending out emails. I have COMODO security and Geek Buddy Service and they have worked over 7 hours and cannot correct it. They are telling me the problem is with Thunderbird. I can receive e-mails but can't send out. Can you advise what the problem can be?

What prevents you from sending messages? Is there any error message?

What is your anti-virus software?
