Trying to reset server and accidentally deleted email account and all folders from Thunderbird. Need all to come back!

My server would not connect, only in one particular email account. I have several in my Thunderbird program. In attempting to resolve server issue, and delete and reset server settings, I accidentally deleted the entire email account from Thunderbird, including all folders and emails. This is a HUGE mistake, and I need it all to come back! Can someone please help me recover what I deleted??
