You can download Adobe Flash here :

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/

And choose 'Linux' - it will be installed on your system, and you'll see it in Firefox 3-bar menu => Add-ons => Plugins, where it will show as 'Shockwave Flash'

You can check first to see if you already have Flash installed.
