cant find the window
I am able to see the icon on my desktop taskbar but when I click the icon the window never appears but if I hover over the icon it shows a webpage that I can never bring up. ive tried to uninstall and reinstall but I don't know where the actual page is on my screen. I cant find it anywhere.

Close Firefox. Open your file browser to this hidden location:
- Mac: *~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles
- Linux: *~/.mozilla/firefox/Profiles
- Windows: %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
- *C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
Search for the above files. Then rename or delete them. Restart Firefox.

okay now it says my profile is inaccessible or missing
What exactly did you do?
Did you delete the entire profile folder and not only the xulstore.json file?
Do you have this folder in the recycle bin, so you can restore it?
If that isn't the case then you will have to create a new profile and will lose all your personal data.
