The mail toolbar with the Send button has disappeared and the toolbar advice does not help

When I use Write, the usual toolbar does not appear. This means there is no Send button. I tried the customise toolbar part of the help items, but it does not include the Send button, so I can not drag it onto the toolbar as the instructions advise. I can only send my emails by using keyboard ctrl and return buttons.

Open a Write window. Do you have a Menu Bar with File-Edit-View etc? If not press the alt key to make it appear. From the Menu Bar select View-Toolbars and turn the missing toolbars back on.

Send is on the Composition toolbar.
