Blank web page when trying to upgrade or use Firefox Accounts
I am using Firefox 39 on Linux Mint and my browser is giving me a notice: "We've rebuilt Sync to make it easier for everyone. Please upgrade to a Firefox Account to continue syncing." However, I get a blank page with just the Mozilla logo when I follow the link and even when I use google to locate the accounts page: about:accounts?action=signup&email=fname.lname%40domain.net&migration=sync11&customizeSync=true# https://accounts.firefox.com/ I have disabled AdBlock and I don't block any javascript but still get the blank page. Ironically I can get into the accounts.firefox.com page in Chrome how to I upgrade? Any help?

Could you try again in Safe Mode?
To start Firefox in Safe Mode, enter about:support in the address bar and click on Restart with Add-ons Disabled….
No that didn't solve it - I have attached a screenshot.
It is strange… The link in your first message works fine for me. And what happens if you just open about:accounts in the address bar?
It says 'Welcome to Sync' with a 'Get Started' button but when I click the button I get the blank-ish screen again. Just the mozilla logo. I might use another add-on to save my data out, then try a new profile in Firefox.
