Unable to stay signed into My Yahoo.
I'm using MY YAHOO as my homepage. I sign into Yahoo and also check the box to keep me signed in. If I close the browser and then reopen later, I have to log in again to get my personalized MY YAHOO page back. I'm not deleting any cookies. I can't seem to figure out what I've set (or not) to prevent this. I don't have this problem with other browsers. I'd rather use Firefox. Any suggestions?

Based on your "More System Details", you have Firefox set to start up automatically in private browsing mode. Even though Firefox appears to be working completely normally, the cookies saved in private browsing mode are cleared when you close the last private window.
To switch how you are managing privacy, you can open the Options dialog to the Privacy panel using:
"3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Privacy
Change from "Firefox will: Never remember history" to "Firefox will: Use custom settings for history".
Then uncheck the box for "Always use private browsing mode" and (after a restart, I think) modify your cookie and history settings to your liking.
What I suggest is changing the general cookie lifetime to "Keep until: I close Firefox". Then click the Exceptions button and type in yahoo.com and click Allow so that your Yahoo cookies are saved according to the expiration set by the site.
Success?
(In some cases, you might need to go into Show Cookies and delete your existing Yahoo cookies before the site can set persistent ones.)

Two other comments based on your "More System Details":
(1) Advanced SystemCare has a feature to roll back settings changes between restarts of Firefox. If you find that Firefox refuses to switch out of automatic private browsing, you may need to change some ASC settings.
(2) You have a user.js file, which is an optional settings file Firefox will use to override your previous session settings. If you do not recall creating that file, it may contain unwanted settings. This article describes how to track it down and remove it: How to fix preferences that won't save.

I tried following the solution provided by jscher2000 but mine was set to Remember History. I set it to Use Custom as mentioned but the private browsing mode wasn't checked. The cookies are set to Keep until the expire and the box for Clear history when Firefox closes is Unchecked. Any other ideas?
I'm also using the Yahoo Mail Notifier extension for Firefox if that makes any difference.

Could you please start a new thread for your question?
Then you can provide more information like your operating system and installed extensions and installed plugins.
Details like websites remembering you (log you in automatically) are stored in a cookie.
- Create a cookie 'allow' exception to keep such cookies, especially in case of secure websites and when cookies expire when Firefox is closed.
- Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: Exceptions
If clearing cookies didn't help then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies got corrupted.
- Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookies files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.
