FF29 Reload Button Has Stopped Working

Without prompting or input from me, FF29 reset it's buttons to install default. I've re-added the missing buttons, including the Refresh button, however now Refresh does nothing (suppressed, ie greyed out). System is Win 8 64 bit.

Assistance appreciated.

Are you using the CTR extension to restore individual Refresh button?

You can check for problems caused by a corrupted localstore.rdf file.
