I use Firefox on various computers, now I'm setting up a new one, and I don't remember either my Firefox password or how to access it one way or another with my own identity. What can I do?

When checking out the new features the ' Learn More' link under Tab Groups directs to the article explaining Pinned Tabs, there is no way to get to the explanation about Tab Groups

Numerous tabs appear whenever I open Mozilla. I have used them at some time in the past, but never all on one occasion. SOME WERE LAST USED AT LEAST SEVEN MONTHS AGO.

Related may be that sometimes when I follow a link on one website, the destination appears on my screen as a new opening of Mozilla. The previous site(s) are completely obscured

My Firefox crashed and one of my windows with a bunch of tabs was lost. I have a bunch of windows open for dedicated sorting of tabs (one for socials, one for videos, etc). Earlier, my Firefox crashed and it attempted to restore my session but did not restore one specific window I had. I looked in the "History > Recently Closed Windows" and it was not there either. This specific window had a bunch of work related things on it and while I can sift through my history and re-open each tab individually and rebuild it that way, that's really frustrating and time consuming. Is my window just lost now?

As the title says, with both with https and http firefox displays this warning:

But no way to bypass it, trying to login to my ubiquiti edgerouter at http://192.168.1.1 or https://192.168.1.1

What can i do?

When I download with this browser, I cannot open the file and it states download has "failed". Any other browser I use allows me to open the file. I use Firefox most often because I like the way it performs, but the download issue causes me to look elsewhere for a viable browser. I cannot seem to find what is causing the download failure and am hoping you can offer a reason that will provide a fairly quick fix.

Sometimes, for no apparent reason, on my Win 11 ASUS laptop, Firefox will suddenly use a lot of resources, such that the temperature jumps from about 50 degrees to 95 degrees and the fan runs full speed. It appears the only way to stop it, is to close FF then reopen. What might cause that?

In an accounting/payroll software application, a new window opens instead of a new tab. How to I fix this?

I've already tried about:config method as well as the simple 'tabs and browsing' method within Firefox settings. Nothing seems to work.

My folders suddenly stopped loading. When I log in, I can see grey boxes down the left hand side where my folders used to be. It looks as if the folders are trying to load, then the grey boxes disappear and all I see is in the screenshot I have attached.

I have followed the instructions GMX provides. Cleared the cache, etc. Those didn't solve the problem. The second attachment shows instructions that showed when I did an online search. Please ignore the second suggestion regarding Thunderbird. If these instructions refer to gmx settings, I cannot access them as you see by the first attachment, there is no way I can access gmx settings. The icons you can see only change how my inbox contents are displayed. If the instructions refer to email settings within FIREFOX, I am still stuck as I can find no help within FIREFOX on GMX settings that deal with these settings. I am offering my firstborn, my beloved dog, Reggie, and my best wishes for a long and happy life to the person who can successfully help me with this problem. Hopefully, Pam Barkas

I cant use firefox to connect to mail.com. I can connect by other browsers just not with firefox. Server Not Found

Hello I seem to have lost the ability to choose whether my bookmarks toolbar displays icons and text or icons only. At present I have icons plus 4 letters of text fading out. I want to return to icons only. How do I do this? Regards
