The scanner has an e-mail button. When used, one can choose between outlook and windows live mail. How can the option thunderbird be added ? I know it is possible. I have done it on my old Windows XP computer, but i forgot how. I recently changed to a Windows 7 computer.

is it windows 32 or 64. My guess is windows 64 which makes mapi with Thunderbird unavailable,
