My computer crashed and I cannot retrieve my e-mail and I don't remember how to get to it. Had it for many years and just had an icon on the computer so I don't remember anything about it except Thunderbird. The e-mail address is [redacted from public] @metrocast.net Can you please help me find it?

If everything is lost from the computer, your only resource is to contact your email provider to reset the password. Then you can set up the account again in thunderbird.
