Sync not working correctly all the time
I activated message synchronisation for 15 min. intervall. The first few syncs were working correctly (around 3), then I'm just able to sync manually. In the thunderbird app settings, I already activated the battery setting to not restricted (I'm using my phone in german, not sure if the translation is 100%). Before that, I was not even getting the first syncs. How is it possible to sync reliable in the set intervall?

Can you let me know what make and model of phone you are using?
Do you also have background sync set to 'Always' in Settings > General Settings > Network?
We are having some issues with message sync that we're working on improving, but I want to help check these issues as well, to make sure this issue isn't caused by something we can easily fixed!

I'm using a Galaxy A14. I don't have the specific setting you are mentioning, but when I'm in Thunderbird App info > Mobile data: Allow background data usage = ON Allow data usage while Data saver is on = ON
I don't have the sync problem with the Gmail App. And I also use an app called Davx5, which is correctly syncing (Contact and Calendar data).
