I can't copy/paste the information in messages in some of my e-mails. How can I unblock these messages. 

I can copy/past these messages using other e-mail applications.

I can't say I've encountered that, but if I did, I would guess that it's an HTML-formatted message and there's something the code that interfered with copying. The first thing I'd try would be to view the message in Plain Text mode (menu item <View | Message Body As>.
