I previously reset my password, but I didn't read it carefully, so I skipped entering the 32-digit recovery password, I lost my account data, and currently I still have my 32-digit password, please help.

Hi Marcsiguna,

If you haven't used a recovery code when resetting your password, unfortunately, your data has been removed from Mozilla's servers. Please see How to change or reset your Mozilla account password.

If you have a copy of your data on a different device, you should be able to connect it to Sync and get your data.

You can also submit a new ticket from this page for our dedicated support to take a look, though it's unlikely that they can help with data recovery.
