I realized this is from the Firefox Translation extension.

You no longer need to use that extension as this functionality is built into Firefox.

For managed deployments, it’s better to use policies.json instead of about:config. Check Mozilla’s enterprise policy docs to see if there’s a specific flag for Firefox Translation telemetry.
