How to display full headers in Tbird Version 140.1.0esr

I receive a substantial number of phishing emails, as I suspect everyone else does. I also run a "honeypot" to collect such scam messages, and I need to be able to view the entire header. In previous versions, that was quite simple. Now, I cannot find the menu item to enable full header view. Please, where is it?

If the menu bar is visible, should be able to click on View -> Headers -> and select All. You can also select a message and do CTRL-U to view its source and see everything.

If you don't see the menu bar, right-click in a blank area at the top and choose Menu Bar.
