Yes, from the message view I can see "Edit as new message" as one of the options in the "3 vertical dot" menu beside the (compressed) header line.

Wow! Thats great. I didnt look there. I checked the upper right header menu and same on the list for a folder. This latter is the analagous location to where I find it in desktop TB.
