Thunderbird email client download and installation issue

more options

Hi, I've successfully downloaded and installed Firefox on my HP laptop with Windows 10 and now attempting to download and install the Thunderbird email client. On Thunderbird.net when I click the Download button, the Donation Page pops up (and I made a donation) then closed that window. I'm then on the Thank You page but there is no prompt to install, so just stuck on the Thank You page. Thunderbird is not appearing in my downloads file. Can you please help?

To avoid issues on the main site, download the installer directly:

https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/128.10.0esr/ for the ESR version

https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/138.0/ for the 'release' version

When you left-click on the Download you should get a download popup where you can confirm to save the Thunderbird file before the donation page loads. On http://thunderbird.net/ you can also try to right-click the Download and Save Link As.. to download the file.

You can also try at https://www.thunderbird.net/thunderbird/all/
