Mozilla charge on my credit card - no explaination, no back up email. How to know this is not a scam?

The charge may be legit. But how do I find out? Is there an email or phone number for Support. I've been to the support page. But I am a very happy Firefox user for many years, and I don't need technical support. Do I need to write a letter???

There are a number of Mozilla related things you could have paid for. You can do donations to Mozilla and for Thunderbird and you can submit refunds if you want if this is the case of the charge.

Mozilla has a number of subscription based products as in Mozilla VPN, MDN Plus and the premium/plus versions of Firefox Relay, Mozilla Monitor, Pocket. These are form links to sends tickets for help if you figure out what product you paid for. Mozilla VPN Firefox Relay Mozilla Monitor Pocket MDN Plus
