Thunderbird Profiles can't be found
missing Thunderbird profiles: Thunderbird works on my windows 11 box but, ]\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles can't be found. I see others have the same issue, all recently uploaded as I am doing now, so something must have happened. None of the suggested fixes have helped. Has anyone come up with a strategy that works? Thanks for any help or direction.

I have not seen others with this problem. To find your profile, do this:
- click help>troubleshootinginformation
- scroll down left side to 'profile folder'
- click 'open folder' - you are now in the profile and windows file explorer will display the folder name in upper area of screen

There are two menu possibilities: - the 'hamburger' menu (three short stacked lines_ in upper right on screen, or - the menu bar at top of screen (if not visible, click the alt key)
