Open about:profiles and open the root catalog that belongs to your profile. You'll find a directory named bookmarkbackups.

In Firefox open the bookmarks management. There's a button to import bookmarks. Select one of the files (you'll most probably want to import the most recent backup) in the bookmarkbackups directory.
