I receive regular emails fro my federal representative and each is tagged as a scam. There seems to be no way to change the scam settings! Why not? The base address is @mail.house.gov .

If all of the messages are coming from the same address (or domain), you can create a filter to move them to another folder for eventual deletion.

gcook - thanks but we are not on the same 'page'. These msgs are coming from my federal representative - I want to see them without "the red bar". I would urge the development team to allow a user to build a safe sender list within TB.
