Unable to install VPN because I'm running Windows 7 - how do I get a refund?
I'm unable to install the VPN tool I purchased because I'm running Windows 7. That would have been really, REALLY helpful to disclose that your VPN tool doesn't run on Windows 7 PRIOR to purchase!!!!! How do I get a refund? I'm well within the 30-day window and I've posted this question to several "forums", different email aliases, etc and heard NOTHING. I would really appreciate some help with this. Thank you.

I canceled my vpn sub online and decided to pay for a cheaper vpn that I had already installed. I get the blablah can still use for 30 days. But I can't cuz I am on 7. And I don't see my refund !!!!!
