Migration from Thunderbird 68.12.1 to 78.4.3

SuMo Bot

Once I installed 78.4.3 many of my folders and subfolders were no longer accessible. They are still in the proper Profile folder, but do not show up when I open Thunderbird. Is there a fix for this? If not what do I need to do to go back to 68.12.1 and have access to these folders?

Are these folders in an IMAP account or in Local Folders? For the latter, close TB, open the Mail/Local Folders location of the profile, delete the .msf files that are present for every mbox file that has no extension, is named for the folder, and has the same name as the .msf, e.g. Folder and Folder.msf. Restart TB and see if the folders appear under Local Folders in the Folder Pane.
