'Drafts' is the name used by TB for the folder in Local Folders, but 'Draft' may be a folder in an IMAP account such as AOL. If the unwanted folder is an IMAP folder, right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe..., and uncheck the folder.

Thanks but: I can't find the Folder Pane. I looked every place. I do not see a Subscribe.

The Folder Pane is the pane that shows the accounts and folders, on the left of the main window. If your account is POP, there is no Subscribe option.

Thanks for trying to help. Maybe I am POPS but I can't figure that out. I searched hard again & did not find a Folder Pane.

Maybe you've hidden the Folder Pane. It's under View/Layout, or click the 3-bar icon at the upper right, Customize, Layout. The Server Type is in Tools/Account Settings, Server Settings.
