Since upgrading to TB 68.3 from 60.9, TB won't show the old mail files in my Local Folder.

I'm running OS Catalina. The old mail files are all still in the directory and the account settings for Local Folders browser shows the correct directory (and its contents). However, they do not appear in the side bar so that I can access them. I also upgraded the ImportExportTool Add-on, but it did not allow me to see the old mail files either. There is a single profile, so it does not seem to be caused by multiple profiles.

Chosen solution

Help/Troubleshooting Information, click Show in Finder, close TB, open the Mail/Local Folders subfolder and delete the .msf index files, restart TB. Do the folders now appear in the Folder Pane under Local Folders?
