Keybord layout problem on fast-editing bookmarks

When I'm adding a bookmark with «Ctrl+D» and see a little window pop-up in the right side of url-search bar and change keyboard layout (because I whant to edit tags in my native language) it dissapears :( This is very annoying. Could you please fix this?

Firefox 60.0.1 (64-bit) on Arch Linux (4.16.11) with Budgie Desktop.

HI, you have not mentioned what your native language is, nor what version of Firefox language you are using ex ; English or what have you installed,

what language dictionary you maybe using for your spell checking as need one for spell checking.

Nor explained in detail what this little pop-up looks like or info or .......

Until we have some more detail nothing as of yet to help with. So please supply more info. Thank You.
