How do I add address sidebar when writting new mail?
My address book side bars disappears when I switch from in mail to write. How do I get it back?

I don't understand "when I switch from in mail to write".
Are you saying that you can see the address book in the main window? You may have an add-on in place to do this. Or are you starting a message from inside the Address Book? (ugh!)
In the composition window F9 should toggle the Contacts Sidebar on and off.
