I have an exclamation mark on Firefox and this comes up jxxxx.xxxxxxx@ntlwporld.com is not verified
Hi, My partner downloaded Firefox, but he typed my e-mail in wrong. Now I have an exclamation mark by the top right icon, and this message comes up: jxxxx.xxxxxxx@ntlwporld.com is not verified. Click to verify. I can't work out how to change this information, and so Firefox is not working properly. I tried uninstalling and installing again, but somehow it has remembered the wrong e-mail. Help!

Where and what are you talking about? Where is this?
On the Firefox homepage, the top right hand icon. There is an exclamation mark by the 'verify your account' option
What is your home page? What website?
Make sure that you download and install Firefox from the Mozilla server and some third-party build from ans unknown source.
You can find the full version of the current Firefox release (43.0.4) in all languages and all operating systems here:

Thanks for your help so far. I'm going to uninstall, close down my computer (again) and try to reinstall using the link above, and my new e-mail address. Maybe that will help it. Otherwise I'll send a screenshot :)
