Thunderbird . When I forward an e-mail I lose my toolbars in forwarded copy & cannot turn them on . Therefore, there's no <send> , <contacts> , etc buttons .
If all toolbars are off, how do I turn them on ?

Open a Write window. If no menu bar is showing press the alt key to make it appear. From the Menu Bar select View-Toolbars and click the missing toolbars on. Send is on the Composition Toolbar. Press the F9 key to turn on the contact sidebar. You can also turn on the contact sidebar from the View menu.
