Mab to ldif HOW?

I am trying to move my created addresses to my new profile. I understand I have to change Mab files to Ldif files. Tried to use dawn, it doesn't exist anymore on any of the sites I found. Ten or more. I downloaded the extension for more address options. Didn't get how to use it. Or I should say, open it up. Thanks for the help.
