installed premium but it keeps asking to restart and now my status is basic,i paid for the premium...help
I purchased the premium for $9.99 and some programs will not open. Now from time to time in the middle of my site it'll go and ask me if I want to reset or continue then I have to start all over again. I also noticed my status is now BASIC....what happened to my premium status after I paid for it?

it doesn't help the issue! why does it work ok on my desktop but not my iPad?
Hi AkaBoy, Mozilla is just starting to plan the development of an OSX. Is this a Firefox for Desktop question? Premium version of what are you asking about?

As Mozilla does not have Any products for the iOS due to Apples restrictions like on what browser and JavaScript engines can be used for example. They used to have a Firefox Home a few years ago which was a sync app for Bookmarks and such.
Any so called Firefox apps for iOS on itunes or elsewhere is Not from Mozilla.org and may not even have anything in relation to Firefox browser.
