I can't see the download maneger for downloading(mp3,mp4 e.t.c

I cant Download anything(like mp3,mp4,e.t.c),when downloading i cant pause/restart those files but when i download an app from market place, it directly shows in notification panel. my device is INTEX CLOUD FX. PLEASE GIVE SUGGETION.
